Commit a69a7b5c85caf2ae356329bd40b2be17ea74d943 pushed to origin/main. GitLab pipeline #7 succeeded, job unit-and-smoke succeeded in ~34s. Local verification: 46 unittest tests OK, py_compile OK, channel/api/mcp smoke OK, hermes_mcp_config_check OK, git diff --check OK. Live Hermes: `hermes mcp test capsulebus` discovers 10 tools, `hermes capsulebus status/doctor/smoke` OK after user-authorized generic plugin CLI host patch. Docker: image `capsulebus:0.1.0` builds, container health OK on 127.0.0.1:18765, SQLite persisted across container restart, compose smoke OK with CAPSULEBUS_BIND=127.0.0.1:18766. Live Hermes MCP adoption drill succeeded: session_id 20260427_052702_80800f, channel ch-0f44abc0bac5, message msg-a2d1e3a5589e, schema_ok/delivered_ok/ack_ok/close_ok/delivered_did_not_ack/refs_carried all true.
Next move
User decision: tag v0.1.0-rc1 now, or run a deployment drill on a target/staging host before tagging.
